What Your Role Will Look Like?

40% SEO Expert – You will work on optimizing websites for search engines, improving rankings, conducting keyword researches, and ensuring technical SEO best practices are in place. Your expertise will help our clients achieve better visibility and business growth.

25% Team Player – You won’t be alone. You'll collaborate with our skilled SEO, UX, and content teams. Together, you’ll develop and execute SEO strategies that bring measurable results.

20% Strategist – Keeping up with the latest SEO trends, analyzing performance data, and developing new strategies to improve organic reach and conversions will be an essential part of your work. You’ll work closely with our strategy team to enhance client performance.

15% Consultant – You will communicate with clients, explaining SEO concepts and how they contribute to their business growth. Your ability to break down complex ideas in a clear and compelling way will be crucial in building long-term client relationships. 🤝

Who Are We Looking For?

• A professional with at least 1,5-2 years of experience in SEO.
• Someone who can share examples of their previous projects.
• Experience with project management skills is a plus.
• An expert in tools like Google Search Console, Marketing Miner, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, and other SEO software.
• Someone who integrates AI tools into their workflow to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• A person with strong English language skills (native level preferred but not a must).
• German, Polish, Hungarian language skills are a plus.
• Ideally, someone with agency experience (but not mandatory).
• A candidate who wants to grow beyond SEO, exploring fields like analytics and UX.
• If you have technical knowledge (JavaScript, site speed, canonicalization, etc.), that’s a big plus!
